A political plea

To all of my Australian friends who will be voting this weekend .... I think you all know my political leanings, and also know that I would never even attempt to tell you how to vote. All I ask is that you think carefully about who you choose to support.

To all my American friends who have the opportunity to vote in November .... please, please, please go and register, please think about who you will vote for, and please actually go and vote. Participating in democracy is an incredible priviledge, don't let the voices of apathy tell you that you can't make a difference.
