2 movies and a Tapas bar

Movies, movies, movies this weekend. On Friday night I had planned to see The Stepford Wives with Tal and Shahal. However we were thwarted by a rogue no-show babysitter, and ended up watching The Colour of Paradise on DVD. It's actually a lovely film, and I'd highly recommend it.

Saturday night I watched Mystic River. Also highly recommended.

Sunday afternoon I had planned to see Fahrenheit 911 with Gabi and Gerald. Unfortunately it turns out that everyone in Ithaca had the same idea, and after missing out on the 4.40pm session we decided not to join the already forming line for 7.15pm. Instead we spent several happy hours (pun intended) at Just a Taste, a local Tapas bar. It was very relaxing to sit under the trees in the courtyard eating great food and drinking great wine. The movie can wait a few days....
