Discipline?
What do you do when you're trying to curb the impulse to go out and buy the new sexy iPod nano AND motivate yourself to get back into a sadly abandoned exercise routine? I've developed a revolutionary solution, called "40 days to a NanoPod". All I have to do is exercise (>30min cardio or a yoga or pilates class) on 40 days, with no more than 3 days off in between. Then I'm free to indulge. Hopefully by the time I get to the end of the program the desire for the new toy will have dulled, my clothes will fit a little better, and I will have re-established my exercise habits. We shall see...today is only day 13.
