I reckon the worst part of making brioche is kneading the butter into the dough. Did you get sore hands/wrists?They do look ery professional!
My hands were aching - it took about an hour to get the butter worked in. They tasted good though :)I had an inspiration for the chocolate - I melted it in a ziplock bag immersed in hot tap water, then cut off the corner to pipe. Very easy!
